Advance reservations are appreciated, but we can often fit a charter in at the last minute, so give us a call.

Payment Policy

We require a 50% charter deposit when booking the charter with the rest due when you take your charter. We accept the usual credit cards, checks and cash. Your credit card serves as a damage deposit, so remember, you are responsible for the conduct of your guests.

Also, please add an additional 13% levied by the Port of San Diego.

Cancellation Policy

By canceling 15 days before your scheduled charter you incur no penalty.  Canceling less than 15 days in advance will cause you to incur a penalty of 50% of the yacht charter rate.  Canceling the day of the scheduled charter you will forfeit 100% of your charter fee.

Gratuities

The captain and crew work hard to ensure you have a safe and pleasant trip. Gratuities are appreciated, but we do not include them in your charter price as other companies do. If you enjoy your charter please show the crew your appreciation.

Departure Points

We are located at "Shelter Cove Marina" on the east side of Shelter Island and usually depart from this location. There is ample free parking.

We can also depart from other locations but most hotels charge a docking fee ($100-$200). We will also need to charge you a remote fee travel time of $100/hr

Storm Policy

The yacht is enclosed, so you will have a great charter even in the event of not perfect conditions - in the case of rain. If raining however you many cancel. In the case of storm conditions it may not be appropriate to go on the water and we may have to cancel.

In either case you can either reschedule or get a complete refund. This however is San Diego, so events such as these are very very rare.

If your event was to be catered the caterer will deliver food to your desired location.
